What types of adaptive designs they do:

I see a wide variety, from easy devices to chairs or similars that allow some kind of motion or the use of tools that are not easy for them to use. Some of those chairs are mechanical movement based and some others are specifically motor designed with pre planned accessibility depending on the condition.
